Flybotix Announces heliguy™ as distribution Partner for ASIO Solution in the United Kingdom drone market.

Flybotix & heliguy™ partnership

Flybotix, a leading Swiss drone technology designer and manufacturer in the indoor inspection industry located in Lausanne. And heliguy™, a leading drone company, headquartered in the UK and supplying and supporting drone programmes around the world have announced an exciting new partnership. The collision-proof platform is ideal for confined space inspection and reaching hard-to-access locations, collecting accurate data efficiently and safely.

Thanks to an innovative propulsion system that combines the simplicity of multi-rotors with the aerodynamic efficiency of helicopters, ASIO has twice the flight time of similar drones on the market and significantly less noise. It is also a more cost-effective solution compared to other internal inspection drones.

Flybotix Announces heliguy™ as distribution Partner for ASIO Solution in the United Kingdom drone market.

Protected by a lightweight cage, the drone allows customers to confidently inspect hazardous and difficult-to-access areas, typically in the infrastructure, energy, and oil and gas industries.

heliguy™ supplies and supports enterprise drone programmes around the world and the addition of Flybotix’s ASIO to the product portfolio provides clients with a professional confined-spaces inspection solution. heliguy™ will offer full product support and training as part of the distribution agreement.

“We are excited to bring ASIO to the UK market and introduce it to our customers,” says Michael Smith, heliguy™ Sales Manager.
“This technology offers a great advantage by simplifying the inspection process using a compact and collision-tolerant drone, saving time and reducing the risk of human error. We are also confident that ASIO’s superior flight time will help to streamline and reduce the cost of the entire inspection project.”

Samir Bouabdallah, Co-Founder & CEO of Flybotix, said: “The UK is an important country for us. Its infrastructure and construction industries include various industrial assets that require comprehensive and potentially hazardous inspections. We’re thrilled to be able to offer our industry-leading technology in the UK alongside training and product maintenance through our new partner heliguy™.”
ASIO is the product of Swiss engineering and is manufactured in Switzerland using components from recognised brands such as Maxon Group and Solvay. The product gets its name from the family of Asio owls who are characterised by their excellent night vision and large wing-span, much like the ASIO drone and its long propellers.
